DT- Healthy Sandwich

 

In DT lessons, we have been learning about what makes a healthy sandwich. Using what you have learnt, design your own healthy sandwich on the sheet or a plain piece of paper. You could even make it at home if an adult will supervise!

 

Use the checklist to help make sure you include all the food groups. Remember to include at least two vegetables or salad like tomato, cucumber, red onion, lettuce. Three would be even better!
