Our P.E. lessons for this week are focusing circuit training. The video will demonstrate how to do the exercises and the pdf document reminds you what you will need to do. 


Repeat the circuits at least three times, aiming to improve your stamina and technique each time.


If you find the exercises too hard, reduce the number you have to do in the time. If you find that they aren't challenging enough, think about ways you could push yourself further.
